The Wellness Centre provides arguably "the best Pilates - mat and reformer/equipment instruction, with state of the art elite training facilities and yoga studio in Europe". There are also sports masseurs, sports therapists and elite trainers which we work in unison with and are able to refer to. We have two rooms here which means that our Osteopaths and other clinicians are able to work as a team, drawing together their own specialities to make sure that you receive the best from us all the time and whoever you see.

On Saturdays our Sports Injury and Biomechanics clinic is in full flight with treadmill gait analysis, Gait Scan ™ force plate analysis, Orthotic prescription, biomechanical assessments in the gym on the track and the Velodrome. As this is the biggest practice we offer an Emergency Clinic on a Sunday to make sure you are seen to, before you go back to work, training or play, first thing Monday morning!

The Practice is within an exclusive health centre with its own car park so our clients wishing to remain anonymous can be sure to come in without any trouble.
