Perfect Balance Clinic to attend the Annual Hertfordshire Volleyball Tournament

On Sunday 18th July, Lara Inge our Sports Therapist will be providing First Aid and Sports Therapy to the 24 teams taking part in the Harriers ' Four Play' Volleyball Tournament, in association with Volleyball England.

The annual tournament will be held from 10am - 5pm at Sandridge Rovers Football Club, Spencer Recreation Ground, High Street, Sandridge, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL4 9DD.

The day is not just limited to the players, with an all day BBQ and bar for the adults, and even volleyball lessons for the kids, it will be a fantastic day out to bring the family along to.
