Basic Core Stability Classes

Our basic core stability classes are one of a kind. We make sure that you are informed and given the knowledge to know which muscles you should be using, when you should be using them and how you should be using them. Each class is tailored to those taking part and, due to the small class numbers, you can be safe in the knowledge that you are being taken care of in a professional rehabilitation setting. We guarantee you get results!

Many people use our classes, from sports people to women who have just had babies, so the classes tend to be mixed, but each person is assessed to find their level of core control before they go into the sessions. Before you take part in our classes, a full screen is carried out by our lead clinical therapists to make sure you go into the right level of class for you.  Detailed notes are taken that help us (and you) to monitor your improvement during your sessions.

These sessions are suitable for: anyone looking to get better control of their core stability muscles, and those wanting to improve their pelvic floor tone.
