Performance Pilates for Men and Women
Our specialist performance Pilates for men and women are rehab sessions designed for
people who want more from Pilates and rehabilitation classes for sports performance. They are small studio classes tailored to each individual and are geared towards developing athletic performance. We have many people taking part, from athletes to those playing a round of golf at the weekend.

The small groups enable better
attention to detail for each of our clients and therefore much better results than many other classes that are run with 10 to 12 people in a class. In comparison, our class sizes are smaller, with only six people in each session, meaning twice as much attention for each of our clients. We care about your results and we make sure we help you to
exceed your goals.
These sessions are suitable for: men and women who play sports and are keen on improving their core stability and sporting performance.
