Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates Classes

Our specialist Pilates classes for pregnancy are tailored to the individual and are safe for women either in the early stages or later stages of their pregnancy who need to feel reassured by expert guidance through this crucial time. We split the classes into two groups: exercise in pregnancy for antenatal women, and for postnatal women.

The small groups enable one-to-one attention and the security of knowing that you are not lost in a large group should you be unsure of what to do. We make sure you do everything correctly and we have the expert guidance to know what you should be doing during each stage of your pregnancy to prevent injury or to help you to recover from injury during pregnancy.

The small groups are further split into different levels to allow each individual to progress at a rate that is suitable for them and further add to the security of the sessions.

After each rehab Pilates exercise in pregnancy session, our clients feel revitalised and ready to deal with the stresses placed on their body.

Our clients speak highly of our services, which are overseen and approved by our clinic midwife, physios and pilates instructors, as well as the specialist rehab exercise in pregnancy specialists who work with our groups. Before you take part in our classes, a full screen is carried out by our lead clinical therapists to make sure you go into the right level of class for you. Detailed notes are taken that help us (and you) to monitor your improvement during our sessions.
