Pilates for Skiing

Our pilates for skiing classes are one of a kind. We make sure that you are screened prior to taking part in these classes to make the impact of the classes greater and the effect more specific.  Each class is tailored to those taking part and, due to the small class numbers, you can be safe in the knowledge that you are being taken care of in a professional rehabilitation setting. We guarantee you get results!

There are many different levels of Skiing enthusiasts who could benefit from these small classes designed to maximise the impact of your strength, stability and your increased bodily awareness for the slopes.  Before you take part in our classes, a full screen is carried out by our lead clinical therapists to make sure you go into the right level of class for you.  Detailed notes are taken that help us (and you) to monitor your improvement during your sessions.

These sessions are suitable for: anyone looking to get better control of their core stabilising muscles for skiing, anyone who has been injured skiing
