Postural Pilates Classes

Our spine rehabilitation classes are an excellent way of improving your posture.  Have you seen one of your work colleagues slumped over there desk and wondered if you looked like that too?  Have you woken up in the morning with a stiff back? Do you get regular tightness in your shoulders?  Are you aware that your posture isnt quite what it used to be when you were younger?  These are all complaints that our clients used to have, they dont have them anymore, or at least are noticing them less now they've been made more aware of their posture

Many people use our classes, from sports people to women who have just had babies, so the classes tend to be mixed, but each person is assessed to find their level of core control before they go into the sessions. Before you take part in our classes, a full screen is carried out by our lead clinical therapists to make sure you go into the right level of class for you.  Detailed notes are taken that help us (and you) to monitor your improvement during your sessions.These sessions are suitable for: people who have an interest in improving their posture and standing straighter.
