Specialist Knee Rehabilitation Classes
Our specialist rehabilitation classes are designed so you can make a quick recovery from a knee injury. The
small groups enable one-to-one attention and the security of knowing that you are not lost in a large group should you be unsure of what to do. We make sure you do everything correctly and we have the
expert guidance to know what you should be doing during each stage of your knee rehabilitation. The small groups are further split into different levels to allow each individual to progress at a rate that is suitable for them and further add to the security of the sessions.

After each knee rehab session, many of our clients comment that they are able to recover quicker and get back to active sport or gentle exercise with remarkable results and strong knees.
Our clients speak highly of our services, which are overseen and approved by our clinic physiotherapists and rehabilitation consultants. Before you take part in our classes, a full screen is carried out by our lead clinical therapists to make sure you go into the right level of class for you. Detailed notes are taken that help us (and you) to monitor your improvement during our sessions.
These sessions are suitable for: post-knee surgery, knee instability, 'weak knees', dance-related knee injuries, rugby/football knee injuries, knee replacement, runner's knee, tennis knee injuries and skiing knee injuries.
