PILATES AT ST PAULS

Designed to suit all levels of pilates expertise, from beginner to advanced, our new Pilates classes will enable you to:
  • Improve your posture, balance, and strength
  • Increase flexibility, core strength and muscle tone
  • Boost sports performance and reduce the risk of injury, muscle strain, and backache

We have a choice of classes, designed to suit you, and small class sizes, enabling us to give personal attention where needed.
In addition to the 1:1 sessions, we offer 2 class options:
  • Speed pilates: 30-minute sessions to help stretch, strengthen and tone your body so that you are alert and ready to get on with your day
  • 1-hour classes: incorporating the full range of Pilates exercises, working the whole body by targeting muscles from different angles. The class will end with some stretching exercises to leave you feeling calm and re-energised.
