I have taken part in sport from a young age and have therefore experienced my own injuries. From this I developed a keen interest in anatomy, pathology and recovery and rehabilitation in both clinical and sporting environments. Through my own experiences I have developed a desire to want to help patients recover and return to the hobbies and activities they enjoy and enjoy being part of the journey with them.
I graduated from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham in 2018 with an Upper Second Class BSC (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation. Whilst I was at university I was fortunate enough to get experience working with Harlequins R.U.F.C, Aldershot F.C, Jamaica’s Rugby 7’s team as well as at some private practice clinics.
Since graduating I have work in an NHS Musculoskeletal Outpatients clinic treating numerous different musculoskeletal conditions along with being part of the medical staff with Cambridge United Academy.
Through my experience I have learnt the importance of treating with a holistic approach, whatever the patient’s age, to endeavour to provide the best treatment that I can. I am excited to develop skills as a practitioner and to expand my treatment knowledge to aid each patient’s recovery.

Lower Limb Injuries
Alex is a really friendly and professional therapist. The session started with an update on my progress since our last appointment and current pain score. This was followed by sports massage to help stretch/release tendon tightness. Alex then gave additional strengthening exercises to help improve resolve issue. Very happy with the service I have received
