“Thank you to Phil and Charlotte for coming down it was a great workshop as always. The information booklet was great as helped the ladies learn more about how Pilates could help their running and they all took a copy home. Charlotte and Phil both communicated with the ladies really well, and made an effort pre and post session which was great as the ladies often had lots of questions! Charlottes session was targeted perfectly as it taught them some basic Pilates moves whilst explaining how it could be developed if practiced regularly.”
