I am a friendly, compassionate therapist with an outstanding record of client service and satisfaction providing Nutritionist services in St.Albans and the surrounding areas.

I believe small changes can have a big impact and looks at individual needs and commitments, ensuring her plans are realistic, effective and achievable. I approach client needs in a way that keeps their holistic needs at the core, ensuring that the foundation of problems are considered and not just signs and symptoms, encouraging long term, achievable positive changes.

Healthy eating should be a pleasure and I aim to add to an individual’s diet rather than take away.

I have experience in both private and public healthcare. I specialised as a gut-health Nutritionist working for a world-renowned clinic; I have consulted with UK and international patients presenting a range of health concerns and diagnoses- from Crohn’s Disease to rheumatoid arthritis and administering beneficial gut flora into compromised guts to restore the microbiome and improve optimum function.

Previous to this, I worked for the NHS, improving nutrition for the elderly, running diabetes prevention/management sessions and running GP audits on supplementation prescribed.
