I am registered Nutritionist and I specialise in health and wellbeing, exercise performance enhancement and weight management. I have an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster and I have worked in the health and fitness industry in London since 2011. I am passionate about helping others to understand the importance of a balanced diet and exercise. My role is to provide support and guidance on how to incorporate an individualised nutritional plan into your lifestyle in order to help you achieve your goals.
Since moving to London in 2009 I have worked predominantly in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry. I have previously been employed by Third Space Health and Fitness Club in both Soho and Marylebone where my passion for health and fitness increased. During this time, I qualified as a fitness instructor and can advise on how to optimise your exercise routine.
My appreciation of the role nutrition plays in maintaining good physical and mental health came after a 2-year period of somewhat debilitating health issues. I took it upon myself to further investigate what was happening to my body and why. Through focusing on maintaining good nutrition, exercise and psychological wellbeing I managed to restore my health. My goal is to help others to identify and manage the core issues that can affect one?s health rather than simply treating the symptoms.
Having worked as a Nutritionist within a psychotherapy centre, I have consulted with clients who suffer from mood disorders and poor health. The everyday stresses in our lives can have a negative effect on our microbiome and can lead to ineffective immune function. Gastrointestinal tract problems, fatigue and illness could be related to a combination of stress and nutrient deficiencies. Using the latest technology to perform a full dietary analysis, I have been able to identify potential deficiencies and provide nutritional plans in order to help clients improve both their physical and mental health.
I later decided to pursue a career in nutrition and graduated from the University of Westminster with an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Throughout my studies and practise as a Nutritionist I have gained a clear knowledge of key concepts in sports nutrition and exercise physiology and the role of diet in enhancing performance. I have experience using the latest gold standard assessment methods for fitness and nutrition in the field, laboratory, and clinical environments.

Weight Management – For many people maintaining a healthy weight can be challenging. With so many diet trends advertised today it’s no wonder that weight loss has become a confusing concept. Extreme dieting can be dangerous with adverse effects and ultimate weight gain once the diet has finished. A long-term, personalised approach to healthy eating and exercise is what leads to successful weight loss and better health.
Health and Wellbeing – When it comes to your overall physical and mental health, nutrition can play a vital role in helping you look and feel better. Studies have shown that a healthy diet can improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Nutrient deficiencies and gastrointestinal tract problems can lead to feelings of fatigue and illness. A full dietary analysis will identify nutrients that you are deficient in, which may have negative effects on your immune system. Once the analysis has identified the potential problem, a diet plan can be devised to include all the essential nutrients you need.
