SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST
Dance is my passion. It has led me to want to learn more about how the body works and what is required for optimal working. I began my career as a dancer who taught children from the ages 3 onwards, Tap, Ballet and Modern dance. At the same time, I pursued a Level 2 qualification in Fitness and ETM Instructing , before obtaining a Level 3 qualification in Personal training. These qualifications really opened my eyes to the world of therapy.
I pivoted my attention to therapy, after discovering how intertwined fitness and proper movement were intertwined. Following my massage training in 2017, I have since mastered additional treatments such as dry cupping and dry needling. These treatments have supported my work in clinics specialising in Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Medicine.
Fascinated by how the body responds to and recovers from therapy, I hope to combine my experience in dance and therapeutic techniques to support client healing and recovery.
