Keith has a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation & Athletic Therapy and has spent the past 5 years working both in a clinical and sporting environment.
Keith specialises in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and applies his knowledge and skills to advise on injury prevention and support rehabilitation using a range of physical techniques and therapies.
Keith enjoys building relationships with his clients and is passionate about designing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans that allow them to return to work, sport or their daily activities with ease.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, weight training and playing football.
Born in Clonmel, Ireland, Keith began training as a martial artist at a young age and soon released the value of incorporating exercise into your life. Having experienced many different injuries himself, he developed an interest in looking after the human body in the most efficient way possible.
Keith has worked in various countries around the world and successfully completed a work placement at Stanford University, California. He spent two years in Canada in a clinical and sporting environment which included working with elite level Hockey and Tennis athletes.
He has spent the last two years in London specialising in getting the general population and athletes back to pre-injury state whether it is an acute or chronic injury.
