Maud De Jerphanion – Osteopath

OSTEOPATH

Maud De Jerphanion

I have chosen Osteopathy for its diverse ways of helping patients and since then I have been passionate about finding the best course of action to bring patients back to health. I believe that a fundamental of osteopathy is to truly listen to patients to get an overall picture and to identify any additional factor that could play a part in their wellbeing.
I completed my dissertation on the biopsychosocial model and I have since been working more holistically with patients to try to address all of the factors that may be contributing to their pain. With the addition of hands on treatment, I am able to get the best outcome for these patients.
I like to include my patients in their recovery by providing exercises and tips to get the best results possible.

I have completed a 4 years Master Degree in Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy. In clinic, I have successfully treated a wide range of complaints from long standing issues to recent traumatic events. I am trained in both structural and cranial osteopathy, which allows me to tailor treatment to patients’ needs in order to get the best results. I have done additional training in women’s health and headaches. I am also trained in treating sports injury, spinal/postural problem, pre- and postnatal women, and babies/children.

Outside osteopathy, I love traveling to discover new cultures, hiking in beautiful scenery and reading. I did a professional formation in ballet, jazz and contemporary dancing, which helped me in understanding the body
