Rehabilitation and Movement-coaching
Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2008, Natalie has worked with private clients and boutique studios in London, Sydney and Vancouver. Her main focus has been working with clients that want to make healthy living accessible, achievable and enjoyable in their busy lives.
For the last seven years, Natalie has worked internationally with Wildfitness, the first evolutionary fitness-based retreat of its kind, working as their head coach and educational development manager.
She devoted her time to developing the course strategy and its methodologies, whilst working individually with clients to help them overcome their barriers to achieving their health and lifestyle goals.
Natalie has been a student of movement since studying Performing Arts at college and university, and a teacher of movement and natural lifestyle development for over 12 years. She is passionate about teaching the principles of effective, pain-free and graceful movement to her clients. Applying these principles, she integrates creative approaches to rehabilitation and movement-coaching as well as laying down a foundation of natural, healthy living.
She is a strong advocate for integrative natural approaches to health and fitness.
“It is not just the physical practice of movement that creates a healthy mind and body. It’s a collection of lifestyle habits, choices and actions that not only reflect our needs as a species but shape us to be the best version of ourselves. It’s my job to help facilitate these changes so you can get the most out of your life.”
