“It is not just the physical practice of movement that creates a healthy mind and body. It’s a collection of lifestyle habits, choices and actions that not only reflect our needs as a species but shape us to be the best version of ourselves. It’s my job to help facilitate these changes so you can get the most out of your life.”

I’d like to say how amazing the classes have been. I have every confidence in you as an instructor and in your expertise. Having initially done the breathing technique classes, I was surprised that you were also the instructor for the full body workout as they are such different classes.
In the breathing technique class you have a very calm manner and ensure everyone is comfortable, only moving up a level if the client is happy to do so. You have a flexible approach both in terms of the breathing techniques covered and the environment – I appreciated the outdoor classes with the birdsong – it made up for me not being able to be outside. I feel safe holding my breath and you always check in to see how we are, conscious that a client may come into the class with different emotions one week to the next, depending on the day and week they have had. You offer a tailored approach in a smaller group/1:1, the classes aren’t prescriptive. You also suggested the Breathing App which I wouldn’t have discovered for myself.
In the full body workout classes you have introduced exercises I haven’t previously done and I have done quite a few different gym classes over the years. It is good to try different things. They are demanding and whilst I try to push myself I know there are often lower level versions I can do. It is good to be stretched and for the body to do exercises it is not used to doing whilst doing so safely in the knowledge that you will correct if necessary.
So thank you, I realise I am very fortunate in being able to sign up for these classes and receive a high level of what is sometimes personal training.
Natalie is the most engaging, unique and fun Physio I have ever had. Rather than demanding the completion of mundane and unsustainable rehab exercises that are eventually demoralising, we do new, innovative exercises together every week involving fun things like coins and clockwork. Nearly every week I learn something valuable about either the structure of my ankle and how it is not working properly, or about an exercise I can perform if my ankle is feeling a certain way. My stability and strength have come on leaps and bounds since I began working with Natalie, and I am very grateful for all of her help.
We started group classes with Natalie at the beginning of lockdown and I immediately felt the benefits. I’ve always done a lot of circuit and weight training but have neglected my joints and regular stretching which has resulted in injuries. Natalies classes are what I’ve been missing. Through each class we work through different joint strengthening and core workout outs. Not only do I feel the physical benefits but my own knowledge has improved which I can use in everyday workouts. I can’t recommend these classes enough and will be continuing once the lockdown has passed
We started weekly classes with Natalie to help with our mobility and strengthen our core muscles and joints. I love the way we all go through the training together. Natalie has a really friendly manner and got to know us all quickly. She keeps a keen eye on each one of us making sure we do the exercises properly and safely. The fact that she is doing them with us is invaluable as she is there as a constant visual guide. This can’t be easy for her (not that she shows it) as this is all done on zoom due to our current predicament! Within the last couple of weeks I have really started to feel the benefit of all the pails and rails from these classes when I do my regular training. Natalie is clear in her direction and she is constantly reassuring but firm. I always feel a great sense of achievement at the end of the class as, on the whole, I’m not particularly flexibleI am keen to keep doing this class and would strongly recommend Natalie as a great trainer.
I felt really confident from my first conversation with Natalie that she would be able to help me and my personal training goals. Natalie understood and could explain exactly what my symptoms were, why they were occurring and knew exactly what to do to help. She is really knowledgeable about so many training methods and created a programme tailored to my personal needs, personality and what I could achieve. Natalie breaks everything down clearly and focuses on all the details of the exercise so you can get the most benefit from them. It doesn’t feel about doing the most reps or bulking out, there is a genuine rehabilitative approach there which you can see she is really passionate about. I finish a session feeling uplifted, have learnt a lot and feel my body improving and getting stronger every week I train with her. My movement capability has definitely improved a lot since working with Natalie, I feel stronger, more flexible and have less pain and sensations as a result.
