I am passionate about helping my patients to recover from a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries by using a variety of osteopathic approaches to treatment. In my spare time I am a keen cyclist and runner, and use these sports to enhance my knowledge in the prevention of related sports injuries.
I am passionate about helping my patients to recover from a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries by using a variety of osteopathic approaches to treatment, I find that in order to achieve long term improvements and prevent issues from returning it is important to examine and treat the area above and below the injured area, thereby creating balance within the structure of the human body, this approach helps to restore and enhance the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
I trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM), where I obtained a Masters in Osteopathy, a Diploma in Osteopathy, and certification in K-taping. Prior to working at Perfect Balance Clinic, I incorporated my passion for running with my professional training through my close work with athletes during the London Marathon.
