SPORTS THERAPIST & PERSONAL TRAINER & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
My passion for Fitness and Wellbeing began when I was 16 years old and suffering from scoliosis. Strengthening my back and generally, my whole body helped me healing and since then I’ve been passionate about helping people and inspire them on their journey to a healthy lifestyle. This motivated me to become a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer and it’s been more than 9 years since I’ve been helping people to improve their well-being, posture, body composition, energy levels, and confidence.
I have previous experience in supporting a variety of clients affected by and recovering from injuries and movement disorders for instance injured runners, athletes and weightlifters. I have been working with a variety of populations from office workers helping them to improve common conditions such as back pain and offering postural advice, to dancers or gym goers who just want to remain healthy and fit.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and currently studying towards a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine. I am also qualified in Pilates for Rehabilitation with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and have been volunteering as a Pilates teacher for a charity, which gave me the opportunity to help people to improve their posture and core strength.
I love helping people to become healthier, making them smile and inspiring them to embrace a healthy lifestyle. I am here to give you the best advice and help you to prevent injuries and ensure that you can improve your quality of life.
