I am a physiotherapist who works with a wide range of clients, from elite athletes to individuals looking to stay active and pain-free in everyday life. Alongside my role here at Perfect Balance, I currently support athletes within British Gymnastics and have experience working across England Cricket and England Hockey, as well as professional and semi-professional Cricket, Rugby and Football. I particularly enjoy helping people recover from injury, improve confidence, and build long-term resilience to return to the activities and sports they enjoy most.
