PHYSIOTHERAPIST

After qualifying as a physiotherapist, I worked in a busy tertiary hospital where I treated patients across a wide range of areas, including orthopaedics and musculoskeletal care, neurorehabilitation, burns, cardiopulmonary, paediatrics, and geriatrics. Over 13 years of practice in Nigeria, my passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation grew stronger, and I developed a keen interest in helping people recover from injuries and return to the activities they love.

I later completed a master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Nottingham and currently work as a First Contact Physiotherapist in NHS Primary Care. In this role, I assess, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of conditions — combining evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, whole-person approach. I focus on empowering patients through education, exercise, and self-management, while also providing hands-on treatments such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, and manual therapy to support their recovery.

I believe that every patient’s journey is unique, and my goal is to combine clinical expertise with empathy and encouragement to help each person achieve the best possible outcome.
