One of the most technologically advanced medical treatments for pain relief and faster injury recovery

K-Laser therapy is suitable for both acute and chronic pain conditions, especially those that have not improved with other therapies, and for this reason, we treat some of the most difficult cases successfully.

We can get you in on the same day.

Shorter Treatment Times, Fewer Treatments

Our professionally trained and registered practitioners use the highest grade of K-Laser. This means shorter treatment times and reduced expense compared with less powerful, less advanced lasers.

The K-Laser Triggers Healing At The Cellular Level

The K-Laser delivers light in certain wavelengths to stimulate the healing factors in body tissues. The light penetrates through the skin to the deep tissues, stimulating the cells to respond with improved metabolism. The result is reduced pain, and more rapid healing of tissue damage, and reduced inflammation and swelling.

Reduce Chronic Pain with K-Laser Therapy

Upwards of 50% of the UK population suffer from chronic pain. If you are one of those, you have probably tried many therapies to get relief. At Perfect Balance Clinic, we specialize in the most challenging and resistant pain cases, and we have experience getting these better through a combination of identifying the source of the problem and choosing the appropriate therapy.

We have been getting especially good results with nerve pain, back pain, Achilles tendon injuries, arthritis pain, slow-to-heal bone fractures, joint stiffness, trigeminal neuralgia, painful fingers and toes, surgical wound healing, scar tissue, hamstring tears and tendonosis, and calf muscle tears.

Is Laser Therapy right for me?

Our experienced team have a good idea of what will and what won’t respond to K-Laser therapy, and when you speak to us first, we can make sure that you are a good candidate before you come in. The team will evaluate to make sure it is an appropriate therapy for you. Our ethical stance is to make sure you are right for the treatment in the first place, and informed about other treatment choices.

Our Team Approach Gets You Better As Quickly As Possible

When we need to enhance the effectiveness of K-Laser therapy, we often combine it with therapies like physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports massage, soft tissue mobilisation, and electrotherapy, so you receive the exactly the right mix of expertise from the practitioners and modalities you need.

How Fast Does It Work? How Many Sessions Will I Need?

  • Many people will experience relief after one or two sessions.
  • The typical treatment takes only three to nine minutes per area. It doesn’t sound like much, but that is the beauty of the advanced equipment we use.
  • Some acute conditions can be treated daily, and may resolve with one to six treatments.
  • Chronic conditions may benefit from treatments two to three times a week for three to five weeks, eventually tapering to every other week. Some severe conditions, such as arthritis, will benefit from ongoing periodic care to relieve pain.
  • K-Laser Therapy is non-addictive and virtually without side effects
  • “Little and often” is the key to advanced tissue healing with the K-Laser.

A Little Bit Of K-Laser Science

K-Laser Therapy uses red and near-infrared wavelengths of light for its therapeutic effect in a process called photobiomodulation – the stimulation of biological change with light. Tissues respond to the light stimulation by increasing circulation, which allows more oxygen and healing factors to reach the injured, inflamed or painful area. This improved healing environment allows tissues to heal faster.
