I am a Senior Physiotherapist with over 8 years of combined experience in physiotherapy and sports massage. Although I specialize in sports-injury rehabilitation and prevention, I am well equipped to treat all musculoskeletal conditions and have a special interest in treating knee, lower and mid-back injuries.
I trained at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland, completing my Masters in Physiotherapy in 2011. Since then, I have worked as a physiotherapist and a sports-trauma management specialist for the National Health Service (NHS) and a number of football and rugby teams during match days.
My treatment sessions aim to minimise recovery time and effort through a strong focus on the quality of movement. During these sessions, I combine a variety of manual therapy techniques with a personalised strengthening and rehabilitation programme.
I completed my Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2011 at Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland. After graduation I worked as a Physiotherapist in a busy Outpatient Clinic in Poland and as a Snowboard Instructor during winter time.
While in the UK, I’ve been working both in the private and public sector- in the Community Rehab Team as well as in Musculoskeletal Outpatient Clinic.
Whilst in the Community Rehab Team, I not only treated patients, but due to my senior role I was also first contact for new referrals, making sure patients were allocated to the appropriate team.
Currently, I combine working for Perfect Balance with a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist role for the NHS and a Pitch Side Physiotherapist role.
While at the NHS, we work closely with Extended Scope Practitioners, GP’s, Consultants and Pain Clinics to provide the best possible care for patients.
