I am a Senior Physiotherapist with over 8 years of combined experience in physiotherapy and sports massage. Although I specialise in sports-injury rehabilitation and prevention, I am well equipped to treat all musculoskeletal conditions and have a special interest in treating knee, ankle, shoulder and lower back injuries.
I trained at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland, completing my Masters in Physiotherapy in 2011. Since then, I have worked as a physiotherapist and a sports-trauma management specialist for the National Health Service (NHS) and a number of football and rugby teams during match days.
My treatment sessions aim to minimise recovery time and effort through a strong focus on the quality of movement. During these sessions, I combine a variety of manual therapy techniques with a personalised strengthening and rehabilitation programmes.
I completed my Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2011 at Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland. After graduation I worked as a physiotherapist in a busy outpatient clinic in Poland and as a snowboard instructor during winter time.
Whilst in the UK, where I have been living since 2012, I’ve been working as a physiotherapist both in the private and public health sector- in the community rehab team, falls prevention team, musculoskeletal setting and as a first aider during rugby and football matches.

I picked up a knee injury from running in May 2019. I’ve seen multiple GPs and physios, all of which made zero effort in suggesting treatment or providing any recommendations. Fatimah, Kasia, and Stephen have made more progress in a few sessions than all those other people have attempted in the last year and a half. Couldn’t be more happier! Wish I found this place sooner!
I have been receiving physio from Kasia at St Pauls clinic for 2 months after having fractured my ankle. Kasia has been such a great support in helping me regain full mobility and has encouraged me to work on building up my core balance. She is very friendly and I feel like I have known her for years.
A COVID first Physio/massage via zoom. I had chronic back pain which is a recurring condition. With the help of a diagram her side of the body and a family volunteer my side she ran a very professional and effective session to help ease the pain. It was very effective and I would definately recommend
I had a limited Number of sessions for tennis elbow with Physiotherapist Kasia. She was very professional and has helped a lot to solve the pain and the issues. She provided me with home exercises to stretch and help in the future. I highly recommend her.
Successful physiotherapy sessions at home during lock-down. I had an initial Zoom diagnostic conversation with Stephen Makinde who spotted a shoulder injury and recommended that I work with Kasia for some physiotherapy sessions via Zoom. I wasn’t sure how it would work but took the plunge! I can only say that it’s been amazing! Amazing value, amazing service and amazing quality! I have less pain, greater range of movement and less stiffness. Kasia’s friendly, thorough and knowledgeable approach inspires confidence. I generally sit on the floor and position my laptop so that Kasia can see what I’m doing. She demonstrates, I copy, she checks and corrects, I practice! All I can say is that this works! I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I’m enthusiastic about my sessions and keen to do my ‘homework’. I have no excuses really have I? We didn’t need any specialist equipment … A tennis ball (borrowed from the dog), some water bottles, door post, sofa and a broom handle. I’ve since bought a foam roller online. I generally sit on the floor and position my laptop so that Kasia can see what I’m doing. She demonstrates, I copy, she checks and corrects, I practice! All I can say is that this works! I can’t recommend it highly enough.
