Curiosity in understanding both science and how best to work with people in healthcare always excited me from my early childhood. This led me to choose physiotherapy as a career. Through my years of study, I was able to understand the anatomical and physiological foundations that give rise to every aspect of movement in the body. Using those studied principles to heal and prevent different injuries and illnesses as a career is what later on became my passion. Also, talking and listening to those with pain humbled me and gave me insight into the need for motivation and emotional support in physiotherapy. This is a factor that enabled the patient, to return to their normal daily life in a way that they feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala- India during the year 2005 .I have 16 years and more work experience as a physiotherapist. I worked as a physiotherapist in India for more than 4 years, and in Saudi Arabia for 2 years. Then from the year 2013, I worked in Kuwait as a Physiotherapy Specialist, until 2023. As a physiotherapy specialist, I provide efficient and effective physiotherapy services for various MSK conditions based on accurate assessment, appropriate clinical interventions, and evidence-based treatments. I also apply different physiotherapy approaches depending on patients’ needs such as the McKenzie approach, mobilizations, manual therapy, hands-on techniques, stretching, motor relearning, functional retraining, proprioception, and agility training for sports rehabilitation
