Pregnancy massage is an excellent way to ease muscle tension and stress, helping both the mother and the baby to relax. It also helps ease aches and pains particularly those in the shoulders, neck, hips, and lower back; and it improves your general state of health.

GP Services

Our team of specialists are well respected in the local community and as such we work closely with a wide number of GP services both NHS and Private. If your own GP cannot provide you with the answers you need or a quick enough appointment then we can put you in touch with one of the GP’s that we work closely with.

Osteopathy

During pregnancy your body changes considerably in response to your growing foetus. While some of these changes such as weight and posture are obvious, subtler changes are also happening, for instance your ligaments will soften in preparation for birth.

Pilates is an excellent way to exercise in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. If you are worried about exercising when you are pregnant these classes are specifically designed for you. Not only does it maintain your fitness and strength, it also helps strengthen the pelvic floor which helps you during the prenatal phase and helps prepare your body for the birth.
