I really enjoy my pilates classes at Perfect Balance. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The sessions are in small groups of 6 maximum taught by a pilates teacher who is also a physiotherapist. I have a back injury and I feel I can trust the teacher to keep my back safe.

What I love is that each client is given an individual set of exercises based on their ability level and/or injury. After attending classes for 8 weeks I already feel stronger and fitter.
