Fallen arches

Categories: ,

A fallen arch is also known as a flat foot or by the technical term pes planus. Fallen arches seem to be very common but in fact, true fallen arches, or flat feet, are quite rare. The foot naturally has a curve or arch to it, but sometimes this arch collapses and the foot becomes flat to the ground. Fallen arches are caused by tendons in your foot and lower leg not pulling correctly.

Here is what some of this E-Book’s readers had to say…

After reading this E-Book some people came in to see our team, this is the feedback they gave us…

The advice, treatment and support I received from Tom was second to none. He had (IMO) the perfect balance (pun intended) between his bedside manner and professional knowledge. His ability to determine and treat my injury and ultimately describe in lamen terms were priceless but ironically only took him two sessions to complete so didn’t end up being too pricey.

I have used PBC before and will continue to do so and will always recommend the service. Tom has put me back on to my road to becoming an Ironman. I cant thank him enough!

I have been using Perfect Balance Clinic for several years, as have members of my family and other friends. Perfect Balance Clinics treatments go way beyond what one might expect – always thoughtful and taking into account how one lives life and work. Their knowledge of the body has also been helpful in identifying ailments in family members that seasoned medics have missed. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
