Pilates Classes

Pilates is an excellent form of exericse that allows the client to embrace the true movement and form of their body.  There is a massive focus on the deep postural muscles, which in most people tend to be very under developed.  The body is rebalanced and brought into the correct allignment under our experts guidance.

Most healthcare specialists recognise that Pilates is an excellent way to help people with back proeblems.  PIlates exercises are useful to help strengthen the muscles that help support the spine and through strengthening the core stabilise your body.  We commonly receive GP referrals into the pilates classes which speaks volumes for the reputation of our classes and expertise of our instructors.
